As a component of the district's strategic plan to enhance students' readiness for post-graduation life, I assumed responsibility for the senior graduation portfolio. I revamped the portfolio requirements and developed a guidebook to assist students in constructing their portfolios. 

In aiding students with portfolio preparation, I collaborate with the ELA Department to conduct push-in lessons consistently throughout the academic year. Additionally, I created the grading rubric and have taken on the responsibility of evaluating these portfolios when they are completed. I meticulously review each portfolio and provide feedback to ensure students are equipped for future job interviews and career pursuits.

Currently, the portfolios are maintained in hard copy format, with plans underway to transition them to digital websites within the next three years.
